ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner/defacto complainant had filed this petition, since the respondent police despite specific direction by this court in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Crl.O.P.No.15943 of 2020 dated 08.10.2020 to file the final report in

Cont.P.No. 1112 of 2021 Cr.No.87 of 2020, is yet to comply the order of this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that in this case, the investigation has been completed. The charge sheet filed in P.R.C.No.24 of 2021 for offence under Sections 294(b), 324, 506(ii) I.P.C. and Section 3 of PPDL Act on 23.11.2020, which is pending before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Tambaram and the next hearing date is on 09.11.2021 for the appearance of the accused. Further, the learned Government Advocate would further submit that the respondent is taking all earnest steps to serve summons for the presence of the accused before the committal court and if needed, coercive steps would be taken. 3.
