Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Miscellaneous Petition.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
