ORDER

This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 715 days in filing the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. Though the reasons stated by the petitioners in the affidavit filed in support of this petition are satisfactory, considering the period of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay on payment of costs.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered on condition that petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.6,000/- (Rupees six Thousand only), out of which Rs.3000/- [Rupees three thousand only] shall be paid to the sixth respondent and Rs.3000/- [Rupees three thousand only] shall be paid to Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, within a period of one week from today. 23-01-2026 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes vrc Note : 1.
