O R D E R

When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3/plaintiffs submitted that the suit in O.S.No.563 of 2011, on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruppur is settled out of Court between the parties and he has also made an endorsement to that effect and the same is as follows:- "Based on the instructions from my clients, viz., respondents 1 to 3/plaintiffs, the parties settled the

disputes out of Court and the respondents 1 to 3/plaintiffs not pressed the case."

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/8th defendant noted the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3/Plaintiff and not denied the same and he has also made an endorsement to that effect and the same is as follows:- "We are taking notice regarding the instruction of respondents/plaintiffs in the suit."

3. In view of the submissions and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, the civil revision petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected M.P. is closed.
