S.A.No.926 of 2016 C.M.P.Nos.2658, 2659 and 2661 of 2021 in S.A.No.926 of 2016 M. GOVINDARAJ, J.

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition in C.M.P.No.2658 of 2021 is filed to condone the delay of 171 days in filing the application seeking to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of sole appellant and bring on record the petitioners 2 and 3 as 2nd and 3rd appellants in the above said appeal. C.M.P.No.2659 of 2021 is filed to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the sole appellant and C.M.P.No.2661 of 2021 is filed to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, these petitions are ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments and post the Second Appeal after two weeks.
