ORDER

It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that after the conclusion of the investigation, the final report has been laid against the accused persons for the offences punishable under Sections 498(a), 323, 324 of IPC and Section 4 of the Women Harassment Act, before the Judicial Magistrate, Kangeyam on 15.09.2020 and the same is not taken on file.

2. In such view of the matter, nothing further survives in this Criminal Original Petition. Resultantly, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
