This Court by an Order dated 10.06.2019, had directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tiruvannamalai, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.2 of 2019, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Now the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tiruvannamalai, has requested this Court to grant further time to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court. 3.

As requested by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Tiruvannamalai, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of three months from today.
