ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the show cause notice dated 08.06.2022 issued by the 4th and 5th respondents and to quash the same.

From a perusal of the records, it is clear that the reason for initiating the proceedings against the petitioner appears to be the

misinformation and defamatory statements that is made by him as against the Pediatric Department of the Government Hospital. Therefore, it is open to the petitioner to submit his explanation and participate in the inquiry instead of rushing to this Court seeking to quash the proceedings. The respondents shall further give a personal hearing to the petitioner and allow him to submit his objections to the show case notice.

With the above directions, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
