ORDER

(Made by V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN, J.) The petitioner alleged that unauthorized construction is being made in and around the property situated at No.1/54, Thiruneermalai Road, Nagalkeni, Pammal Village, Alandur Taluk, Kancheepuram District.

2. Objecting to the unauthorized construction by the third respondent, the petitioner has given a representation on 03.05.2023, to the first respondent.

3. The first respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 03.05.2023, after hearing the petitioner and the third respondent, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Court.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
