This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.3305 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.31318 of 2022 dated 07.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a month at 10.00 a.m., for a period of five months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
