O.A.No.456 of 2023 in C.S.No.94 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR. J, The suit has been filed partition and for interim injunction restraining the other co-owners from interfering with their possession. The property has been owned by the father of the parties.

It is submitted that brothers alone have partitioned the properties in the year 1992 and the same has been acted upon.

2. The fact remains that the sisters have not been made a party in the above partition. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/ defendants submitted that they will not disturb the possession of the plaintiff in the property.

3. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this application is closed.

4. Post the main suit on 13.12.2023 for filing written statement by the defendants.
