ORDER
These Civil Revisions are filed challenging the order dated 04.07.2020 passed in C.F.R.Nos.7715, 7714 of 2018 (D.No.914/2020(4)) in M.C.O.P.No.830 of 2012 and C.F.R.Nos.7716, 7717 of 2018 (D.No.910/2020(4)) in M.C.O.P.No.829 of 2012 by the learned District and Sessions District Judge, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Namakkal District, rejecting the applications filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside 2/5
ex-parte award passed against him in M.C.O.P. Nos.829 & 830 of 2012 along with the condone delay petition in filing such petitions. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner filed a Memo dated 13.02.2024 stating that the petitioner settled the claim of the first respondent in C.R.P.Nos.2249 & 2253 of 2020 and also settled the claim of respondents 1 to 3 in C.R.P.Nos.2260 & 2261 of 2020 by paying a sum of Rs.15,00,000/-. (Rs.5 Lakhs to each of the respondents 1 to 3).

The petitioner also in the said Memo dated 13.02.2024, annexed a Memorandum of Understanding dated 27.01.2024 entered between the petitioner and the contesting respondents, wherein, the contesting respondents/claimants in the claim petition, agreed that the above said amount was received by them in a full and final settlement against the petitioner in respect of the motor vehicle compensation award. 4.
Mr. Arthanareeshwaran, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 in C.R.P.Nos.2260 & 2261 of 2020 also agreed that the 3/5
parties entered into a settlement as mentioned above. Hence, the memo dated 13.02.2024 filed by the petitioner in each of the revision cases are recorded.

Accordingly, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of as the matter was settled between the parties and the said memo dated 13.02.2024 shall form part of the order. No costs.
