ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax one of the conditions stipulated in the Order in Crl.MP.No.2472 of 2026 in Crl.A.No.1752 of 2026 dated 13.02.2026. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) confirms that the Petitioner/Appellant has been complied with the order from 27.02.2026.

3. It is informed by both the learned counsel that the charge sheet has already been filed and the same has been taken on file by the trial Court.

Considering the same, the stipulation in Paragraph No.3 imposed on the Petitioner/Appellant in Crl.MP.No.2472 of 2026 in Crl.A.No.1752 of 2026 dated 13.02.2026 that " the petitioner is now directed to appear before the respondents police once a week at 10.30a.m., ., until further orders", is modified to the effect that " the Petitioner/Appellant shall appear before the trial Court on every first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m., till pending disposal of the appeal. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain intact.
