ORDER
The petitioner made representation before the respondent stating that her loan application dated 25.06.2015 seeking education loan for pursuing her studies in B.Sc., Medical Laboratory Technology Course. The said request is still pending consideration and seeking to dispose of the same, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. I have considered the rival submissions made on either side.
3.Considering the limited scope of the matter, I direct the respondent to process the application and sanction the loan for pursuing her studies in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed. No costs.
