Mr.Anirudh Krishnan COMMON ORDER A Joint Memo of Compromise had been filed by the learned counsels appearing on either side enclosing the E-mails shared by the respective parties indicating that they have agreed to the terms of the Joint Memo that had been placed on record by the learned counsels appearing on either side. Learned counsels appearing on either side reiterates that the parties have settled the lis among themselves on the terms indicated in the Joint Memo of Compromise.

2. Recording the same, no further adjudication is required to be made in these Applications. Accordingly, these Applications stands disposed of as being settled out of Court. As a corollary, the Registry is directed to refund the Court fee applicable as per the Rules.
