This petition is filed to amend the satisfaction court as Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry instead of chief Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram in Crl.O.P.No.2718 of 2024 dated 17.04.2024.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the petition and having satisfied with the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary correction in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.2718 of 2024 dated 17.04.2024 and issue a fresh order copy. Further, two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to comply with the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2718 of 2024 dated 17.04.2024.
