This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 12.10.2015 in CSR No.737/2015, and to file an FIR and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 12.10.2015 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.737 of 2015 and the same was closed. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
