ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking relaxation of the condition imposed in in Crl.M.P.No.18695 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.7123 of 2023 dated 28.11.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the condition imposed by this Court by an order dated 28.11.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.18695 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.7123 of 2023 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
