ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the complaint dated 15.06.2014 lodged by the petitione, they have come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed.

4. The respondent police is directed to give a copy of the closure report to the petitioner as per the law laid down by the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)], within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out their remedies in the manner known to law.
