This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file and contest the criminal appeal against the order dated 20.02.2012 passed in S.C.No.1 of 2009 on the file of the Sessions Court of Chennai (Mahalir Neethimandram).

2. Heard learned counsel for leave applicant/appellant. We have perused the judgment under challenge and also the evidence of PW-1, father of the deceased. We find no error in the order of acquittal and Criminal Original Petition filed for grant of leave is dismissed. Consequently, the Criminal Appeal No.SR45711 of 2016 is rejected.
