ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the compliance report of the Assistant Commissioner, H.R.&C.E., Coimbatore was placed before this Court. The relevant portion is extracted hereunder:- "12. I humbly submit that vide proceedings No.1918/2015A6 dated 27.06.2025, the Assistant Commissioner, HR&CE, Coimbatore, by invoking his powers under Section 49 of the HR&CE Act appointed the Executive Officer of the Arulmighu Sidhi Vinayagar Temple, Vadakovai, Mettupalayam Road, Coimbatore North as Fit Person to these temples and he was directed to take charge and to receive the valuables jewellery ornaments, property documents and to submit the report with list of ornaments and documents received by him."
