O R D E R
This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the petitioner/husband to direct the Sub Judge, Poonamallee to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.178 of 2011 on the file of the Sub Court, Poonamalle within the stipulated time.
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the case in H.M.O.P.No.178 of 2011 is filed in the year, 2011, on the file of the Sub Judge, Poonamalle, for divorce, and the same is pending for the past 4 years. Therefore, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner requested that a direction may be given to the lower Court to dispose of the case within a time frame fixed by this Court. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is also made an endorsement to that effect and the same is as follows:- "Petitioner is husband. He filed H.M.O.P.No.178 of 2011 for divorce before Sub Court, Poonamallee. Petitioner's side evidence is over. Now, case stand posted for respondent further evidence. Respondent took one year to complete her evidence (R.W.1). Direction may be given to the Sub Court, Poonamallee to dispose the matter within the stipulated time fixed by this Hon'ble Court."

5. Considering the submission and also the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court directs the Sub Judge, Poonamallee to complete the trial and dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.178 of 2011 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report the same to the Registry.
4. With the above direction, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No Costs.
