O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent has encroached on the public street, which is in front of the house of the petitioner. The house of the petitioner is situated at M.G.R.Nagar Colony, Seri Theru, Korakavadi Village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District. The petitioner has prayed that a direction be issued to respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.06.2019 in relation to the removal of the said encroachment.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he has received a letter dated 02.07.2019 from the Tahsildar, Thittakudi, who is respondent no.3, stating that there is indeed an encroachment on the said street and the said encroachment will be removed on 03.07.2019. A copy of the letter has been tendered by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which is taken on record.
4.In view of the letter of respondent no.3 dated 02.07.2019, no further orders are necessary. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
