(Order of the Court was made by S.MANIKUMAR, J) Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent authorities, to send a high level official delegation, to negotiate with Andhra Pradesh Government, to secure at least 5 tmc of Krishna water, from Sri Sailam reservoir, as per the agreement between Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu Governments, to meet the drinking water need and thirst of Chennai City residence.
2. Mr.A.P.Suryaprakasam, Party-in-Person, seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Placing on record the above, writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
