2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner.

3. A perusal of the adjudication proceedings in the case reveals much delay in the conduct thereof. In the circumstances, this Court directs learned IV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.S.No.5789 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
