CRIME NO.183 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to RELAX the condition that the petitioners shall report before the Respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders for interrogation imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.OP.No.204 of 2022 dated 06.01.2022.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N. RAJAVANNIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.204 of 2022 on 06.01.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
