Seeking to conduct an enquiry following due process of law, the petitioner made a representation on 23.09.2015. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the owner of the property by virtue of a Sale Deed dated 26.05.1999 and patta bearing No.316. Seeking early disposal of the said representation seeking to pass appropriate orders on the same, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the pendency of the representation dated 23.09.2015, a direction is issued to the respondent no.3 to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after hearing the petitioner as well as the 3rd party.
