O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd and 3rd respondent authorities to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the property in S.No.186/8 to a total extent of about 3812 1⁄2 sq.ft. in Periyeri Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District by disposing of the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025 within such time as may be stipulated by this Court.

It is the case of the petitioner that he is owner of the land comprised in S.No.186/8, measuring an extent of 3812 1⁄2 sq.ft. in Periyeri Village, Thalaivasal Taluk, Salem District and he is in possession and enjoyment of the said land since 2012. Seeking to grant patta, he made a representation on 24.03.2025 before the respondents, but the same is kept pending without passing any orders. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present writ petition.

3. Learned Addl. Govt. Peader appearing for the respondents, at the outset, would submit that the petitioner has to make an on line application for issuance of patta and if any online application is made by the petitioner, the same would be considered by the authorities and appropriate orders would be passed in accordance with law, agreed to by counsel for petitioner.
