ORDER

This Revision Petition is filed for a limited relief seeking a direction to expedite the Trial and dispose the Application in I.A. No. 5 of 2024 in O.S. No.159 of 2024 which is pending before the Subordinate Court at Chengalpattu.

2. Heard Mr.S.Muralikrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Muthuvel, learned Government Advocate for the respondent 3. Notice to the respondents 1 & 2 is hereby dispensed with.

3. The Interlocutory Application has been filed by the petitioner to reject the plaint in O.S. No.159 of 2024. In th light of the fact that the Application has been pending for over a year, it would suffice to direct the Sub Judge, Chengalpattu to conclude the trial in I.A. No. 5 of 2024 in O.S. No.159 of 2024 after affording an opportunity to both the parties and dispose of the same within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the 2/4

above directions. No costs.
