Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.08.2015 for objecting the mutation of revenue records in S.No.172/1 and 176/2 of Nolambur Village in favour of the same third parties, without filed inspection and attempted to evict said families illegally.

Mr.Roofus Abraham, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the learned counsel appearing for both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Alleging that, despite the prolonged possession with respect to the property situated in S.Nos.172/1 and 176/2 of Nolambur Village, by the petitioner herein, an attempt is being made by some private persons to change the patta, by effecting mutation on revenue records, a representation was given by the petitioner on 13.08.2015 and seeking early disposal of the same, this writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for and taking into consideration the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2015, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is hereby issued to the fifth respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order (after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other third parties concerned) and communicate the decision taken to them.
