ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is unnecessarily harassed by the respondents, in connection with the criminal case which the petitioner has no connection. Therefore, this petition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that now there is no petition enquiry or FIR pending against the petitioner and the petitioner is not required for any enquiry.
4. Considering the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that there is no petition enquiry or FIR pending against the petitioner and the petitioner is not required for any enquiry, this Court is of the view that no further order need to be passed in this petition.
