ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB and CBCID, Egmore, Chennai, vide order dated 26.06.2020 in Crl.M.P No.782 of 2020, on the petitioner/accused herein, to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.782 of 2020 on 26.06.2020 and hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the above submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for CCB and CBCID, Egmore, Chennai, vide order dated 26.06.2020 in Crl.M.P No.782 of 2020, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
