Respondent PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the concerned records relating to the tender notification Na.Ka.No.8519/2009/E1 issued through paper publication dated 03.07.2017 passed by the respondent and subsequent notice dated 05.07.2017 passed by the respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the respondent not to disturb the petitioner to maintain the "Arignar Anna Centenary Poonga" situate in Ward No.17, Katchabeswarar Nagar, Kanchipura and direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to maintain the "Arignar Anna Centenary Poonga" situate in Ward No.17, Katchabeswarar Nagar, Kanchipuram as per the G.O.Ms.No.181 dated 19.09.2008.
