2. Heard Mr.S.Srinivasan, learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant and Mr.K.Sellathurai, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent-1.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent-1 has no objection for this petition being allowed.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 337 days in filing the above appeal in C.M.A.Sr.No.66303 of 2020 is condoned.

5. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
