The above petition is filed to grant leave to the petitioner to file the instant appeal against the order made in Arbitration O.P.No.2 of 2016 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Vellore dated 31.07.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the leave been granted. Accordingly, the petition is allowed.
