When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the Page No.1 of 4
petitioner submitted that the subject matter O.P.No.245 of 2020 was allowed by the Trial Court on 14.08.2023. Hence, the matter has become infructuous and nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication, however, he prayed this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
2. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous with a liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
