Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the order in application Number TN-720200930511 of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and direct the 2nd respondent to issue legal heir ship certificate to the petitioner within the time fixed by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this court to withdraw this writ petition stating that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the second respondent issued the legal heirship certificate to the petitioner. He has also sent a letter dated 17.08.2021 to the Registry to that effect.
