ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 11.12.2014, given by the petitioner under Sections 447, 430, 380 of I.P.C.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, initially petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.140 of 2014 and now regular case has been registered in Crime No.258 of 2016 for the offences under Sections 147, 447, 430, 380 IPC.
