Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for respondents 1 to 4. By consent of the learned contesting counsel appearing for both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. On 01.10.2015, the petitioner has made a representation to respondents 1 and 2, alleging that there is a forgery in the issuance of Patta No.1217 issued to the fifth respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Seeking early disposal of the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.
3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.
4. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation of the petitioner dated 01.10.2015, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is hereby issued to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation of the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order (after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other third parties) and communicate the decision taken to them.
