Comprised in Survey No.3530/50 of Tondiar Pet village, 7th Street, B Block, Kasipuram, Rayapuram, Chennai-13.

Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties concerned.

2. Though the Writ Petition has been filed seeking a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner had submitted that it would suffice, if this Court passes an order directing the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner, dated 24.9.2012, within a time frame.

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties concerned, the 1st respondent is directed to pass orders on the representation made by the petitioner, dated 24.9.2012, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, as well as the 2nd respondent, and the other persons concerned, if any. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated 24.9.2012, to the 1st respondent, along with a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
