ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the complaint dated 18.05.2016, given by the petitioner under Sections 294(b), 468, 506(i) and 420 IPC and to investigate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 18.05.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 01.06.2016. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
