O R D E R
Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and Mrs. Rani Selvam, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 3 and 5. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent/Tahsildar to issue patta in his favour in respect of the Thoppu Land measuring extent of 1.96.0 Ares in Survey No.509/1 situated at Iruppali Village, Edapadi Taluk, Salem District in pursuance of in his representation dated 10.06.2017.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2017, the second respondent has not issued the patta yet.
4. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 submitted that the second respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2017, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested of the parties.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, I direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.06.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No costs.
