(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Heard Mr.T.Sivagnanasambandan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Muniyappa Raj, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

The petitioner has made a representation dated 22.05.2023 to the respondents to direct them not to harass the general public who are visiting the Beach and other nearby places at the late hours to quench the soaring heat of the summer. 3.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, it was brought to the notice of this court that the writ petition bearing W.P.No.13723 of 2024 filed by the petitioner herein with the same

relief, came up for hearing on 06.06.2024 and this court has directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner on merits and in accordance with law.
