This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd Respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner 12.04.2024 filed against the order passed by the 3rd respondent dated 28.12.2023 in Na.Ka.No.7272/2022/A4.

2. It is the case of the writ petitioner that as against the order passed by the original authority transferring the patta in the name of the fifth respondent, the petitioner has preferred a revision before the second respondent on 12.04.2024, which is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

4. Since, no adverse order is passed against the fifth respondent, notice to the fifth respondent is dispensed with. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the second respondent to 2/4

dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner on 12.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the fifth respondent and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
