O R D E R

Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to

dispose of the Revision Petition dated 31.08.2015, within a time frame.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the petitioner has filed the Revision before the third respondent as early as on 31.08.2015, the 3rd respondent has not disposed of the same yet.

4. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that the third respondent may be directed to dispose of the Revision Petition, in accordance with law, within a time frame.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the third respondent to consider the Petitioner's Revision Petition dated 31.08.2015 and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
