This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police namely the Sub Inspector of Police, Kalavi Police Station, Kalavi to register a case on the complaint submitted by the petitioner before them on 16.04.2019 and investigate the case and to file a final report within a stipulated time.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. This petition is not maintainable, in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court in Crl.OP(MD) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.13681 of 2018 and a batch of cases, dated 20.09.2018, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout their remedy as per the direction given by the Hon'ble Division Bench.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is petition is disposed of.
