A.Nos.3457 of 2022 and 2428 of 2021 A.Nos.3457 of 2022 and 2428 of 2021 in C.S.(DR).No.20472 of 2018 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 3 days in filing an appeal against the order dated 10.06.2022 passed by the learned Master in Application No.2428 of 2021 in CS Dairy No.20472 of 2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 3 submitted that he has made only formal objection.

3. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the notice yet to be served to him and he was set ex-parte before the learned Master.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents 1 and 3 and since only 3 days delay involved in filing an appeal against the order dated 10.06.2022 passed by the learned Master in Application No.2428 of 2021 in CS Dairy No.20472 of 2018, this Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Application. Accordingly the delay of 3 days is condoned and this application is ordered as prayed for.

5. Post the matter on 07.09.2022.
