This revision has been filed challenging the Order passed on 15.02.2016 in I.A.No.718 of 2015 in O.S.No.104 of 2009.

3. Suit in O.S.No.104 of 2009 has been filed seeking reliefs of declaration and permanent injunction. I.A.No.718 of 2015 has been filed for framing of additional issues, which was rightly allowed by the court below. This court find no reason to interfere with the order of the court below.
