CMP.No.9100/2022 in SA.No.1240/1999 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J., The 14th respondent who is shown as Minor Deepika and represented by her mother and guardian Mrs.Mahalakshmi, has now attained the age of majority which means that she is now recognized to participate in the Second Appeal in her own accord. It would only be appropriate that the Court also affords such recognition to her.

2.Hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

3.Registry may correct the Cause Title in the Second Appeal by deleting that she is a minor and that she is represented by her mother and natural guardian, by discharging guardianship.
