This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6861 of 2023 dated 30.03.2023 that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6861 of dated 30.03.2023, is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police on the 1st Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m.

until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
